Kohima, April 8 (MExN): The Janata Dal (United) Nagaland on Sunday met Bihar Chief Minister and JD (U) National President, Nitish Kumar at Patna.
Kumar appreciated the performance of the JD (U) party in the last assembly elections and assured the delegation led by state JD (U) president NSN Lotha that he will use his good office to strengthen the party and make it a role model for the rest of the north eastern states.
He was also optimistic that the lone JD (U) legislator from Nagaland, G. Kaito Aye who has been appointed minister in the PDA government in Nagaland will perform efficiently and deliver good governance to the people of Nagaland, a press release from the State JD (U) stated.
