Dimapur, August 31 (MExN): Joseph Lotha on August 31 assumed charge as the new Kilo Secretary of the NSCN (IM), succeeding Qhetoyi A Swu.
According to a statement issued by the MIP, NSCN (IM), the handing-over and charge-taking ceremony for the office of Kilo Secretary was held on Monday in the presence of departmental colleagues and community representatives.
Outgoing Secretary Qhetoyi A Swu formally handed over the duties and responsibilities of the office to Lotha during the ceremony.
The occasion acknowledged Swu's contributions during his tenure and welcomed Lotha as the new head of the Kilo Secretariat. The Secretariat expressed gratitude to Swu for his leadership and service and extended its best wishes to Lotha as he assumed office.
