DIMAPUR, APRIL 7 (MExN): The Karbi People’s Liberation Tigers have called for an indefinite Karbi-Anglong bandh beginning 5:00am, April 8. According to sources, the bandh was called in protest against the non-fulfilment of the outfit’s demand for an autonomous Karbi state. It came in the backdrop of the Karbi National Liberation Army calling a similar bandh on April 7.
