Pfutsero, December 12 (MExN): Kuzhathede Collegiate Fellowship (KCF) held its general session on December 9 at Union Christian School, Pfutsero auditorium.
Neiba Kronu, Minister for Environment, Forest & Climate Change, who was the main speaker, emphasised on learning and imparting quality education saying it is the backbone of developing society. He also stressed on the importance of community based initiatives for achieving such goal. Kronu further challenged the gathering to have a sense of belongingness for the welfare of the future generations, stated a press release from Wepekhro Wetsah, Secretary, Kuzhathede Collegiate Fellowship.
Greeting was shared by President, Kuzhathephe Public Organisation (KTPO) Senokha Losou, while a report of Union Christian School (UCS), an undertaking of KCF, was presented by Tewu Mero, Assistant Teacher.
The day saw special presentations from Kuzhathephe Students Pfutsero Government College, Kuzhie Cultural Society Pfutsero, and students of UCS. The formal session was followed by a discussion hour, where the house unanimously approved to change the nomenclature of Kuzhathede Collegiate Fellowship to Kuzhathepe Collegiate Fellowship as directed by parent body KTPO.
The programme was attended by different village councils Chairmen, student leaders, pastors, representatives and leaders from various public organisations of the area.
