Kelei Zeliang’s residence break in: ZPO (N) reminds authorities to take action

Dimapur, September 17 (MExN): The Zeliang People's Organisations (N) has reminded the District Administration and law enforcing agency to take action on the “goons” involved in the breaking in to the private residence of Kelei Zeliang, Secretary to the Govt. of Nagaland attached to Chief Minister, Nagaland during which the latter was warned of dire consequences without any rhyme or reasons.

The incident occurred about a month ago, but seemingly, nothing has been done on this matter, a press release from the organization stated. “The goons are roaming in the streets as if nothing happened,” the ZPO (N) stated and maintained that it showed the lackadaisical attitude on the part of law enforcing agency.

In this connection, the ZPO (N) urged the competent authority to immediately book the culprits involved in the incident and intimate action taken on the matter failing which, it warned of taking law into its owns hand. “The law enforcing agency shall be solely held responsible for any untoward incident in the future,” it maintained.
