DIMAPUR, APRIL 4 (MExN): Newly elected Member of Parliament (MP) from Nagaland State to the Rajya Sabha, KG Kenye took oath today at the Rajya Sabha in New Delhi for the term 2016-22. Kenye along with AK Anthony from Kerala were the only MPs who took the oath today. Kenye was elected to the lone Rajya Sabha seat from Nagaland, aft following the passing away of former MP, Khekiho Zhimomi. He was elected unopposed, and is the 9th Member of Parliament to the Rajya Sabha from Nagaland state since 1964.
