Kohima, September 7 (MExN): Kohima Police arrested one person for demanding Rs. 4,000 from a shop located at PR Hill, Kohima. A press release from the Kohima Police identified the accused as Suthilo Mag Rengma (24 yrs). He is an active member of the NSCN (K) outfit in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant, the release added.
Police informed that the accused had earlier been arrested in 2015 from Razhü Point, Kohima for a similar offence and was booked under NSA. He was later released from prison in the year 2016.
In this connection, a suo motto case vide Kohima South PS Case No. 0053/2017 U/S 384 IPC R/W 13(1)(a)(b)(2) UAP Act was registered against him for further investigation.
