
KOHIMA, August 18 (MExN): Enforcement Officers and Flying Squad Officials of COPTA Kohima comprising of police personnel from South Police Station and Health & Family Welfare Department conducted surprise checking at the shops located near Educational Institutes within South Police Station jurisdiction. Altogether 27 shopkeepers were challaned and fined for selling tobacco products in the vicinity of the educational institutions. The tobacco products seized from their possession were forwarded to the court of CJM Kohima along with a report, a press release from the Kohima Police PRO informed.
