Mokokchung, February 26 (MExN): A delegation of the Kohima Press Club today arrived at Mokokchung on a tour to meet and interact with the Mokokchung Press Club. The KPC team was led by its president Xavir Rutsa and they were warmly received by the Mokokchung Press Club led by president, Limalenden Longkumer. A brief introductory session was held at the conference hall of Mokokchung circuit house where the KPC president highlighted about the working system, history and activities of the Kohima press club. MPC president, Limalenden Longkumer, while warmly welcoming the KPC members, also highlighted about the Mokokchung Press Club and said that such interaction between the different press clubs of Nagaland would strengthen the media fraternity not only of the two districts but also of the state as a whole. The MPC also hosted a dinner at Metsupen Resort, owned by former MCCI president and present NPF Mokokchung division president, Moasangba Jamir at Chuchuyimpang village. On Saturday, the KPC delegations are scheduled to meet and interact with the Mokokchung deputy commissioner and also other officials. Meanwhile, the MPC has expressed appreciated the KPC for their concern and for their tour to Mokokchung. The MPC has also expressed gratitude to Moasangba Jamir, owner of Metsupen Resort for hosting the media fraternity at his resort.
