KSCDL rolls out online cycling survey for citizens

Kohima, August 5 (MExN): The Kohima Smart City Development Ltd (KSCDL) has rolled out online cycling survey for citizens which come about in continuation of the India Cycles4Change Challenge where Kohima under the initiative of the KSCDL is participating in the competition along with 95 other cities. It is an initiative of the Smart Cities Mission, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India which would conclude by October 2020. 

The KSCDL CEO, Kovi Meyase in a press release informed that the online survey is aimed to have a deeper understanding of how citizens think about cycling as the best strategic plans are rooted in insight and fact-based information on a community. These research insights will help to reveal social, economic and consumer trends.

Any concerned citizen who likes to cycle or has an interest in cycling can participate in the survey and share what they would like to see in the city’s future. 

The link to the online survey will be available on the Social Media Platforms of Kohima Smart City Development Ltd. 

KSCDL has appealed to all concerned citizens to join and participate in the survey. “While citizen's participation is a key metric in this survey for our qualifying in the Top 11, we can also grab this opportunity to not only shape the future of our city but for our children and the future generations to come,” the CEO added.
