In light of the critical need for this infrastructure, the KU called on all organizations, groups or contractors refrain from any interference that may hinder or delay the tendering process or the progress of the project within Konyak jurisdiction. It is very important that the work proceeds smoothly and without any disruptions for the benefit of the people and the state as a whole, it went on to state.
Furthermore, the KU urged the state government and the contractor concerned to allocate contract work only to those contractors deemed fully capable and efficient to carry out the construction.
Ensuring that capable contractor is selected is vital for maintaining the quality and timely construction of this significant project, it said.
The KU stands ready to extend any necessary support to expedite this project and is hopeful that the state government take swift action to make the Foothills Road a reality, beginning from Tizit, it added.
