Dimapur, August 13 (MExN): Kuthur Kiuru Arihako, Dimapur celebrated Medümneo festival at Ura Villa ground near its treasurer’s residence on August 8 with H. Zungkum Chang, former PS to Parliamentary Secretary, Horticulture, DB & GB as special guest.
The significance of Medümneo was delivered by Y. Nathaneal, Union Treasurer. N. Kaimang Chang, ex-candidate, Y. Toshi Wongtung, Advisor ENPO, Atsumong, YUD, President also greeted the gathering.
Folk songs were presented by men and women groups and a special number was presented by college students. The union also felicitated the oldest man and woman from the community. Vote of thanks was pronounced by the Convener of the Festival.
