KVYO demands impartial inquiry

Dimapur, September 12 (MExN): The Kohima Village Youth Organisation today demanded the Director General of Police, Nagaland for impartial inquiry into the murder of late Vincent Dzuvichu saying the  case is taking some new unwanted turns.  A letter addressed to the DGP by the KVYO cautioned that ‘at this critical juncture’, if the government and the investigating authourity underestimates the gravity of the case and fails to conduct some serious impartial inquiry, then the situation is on the verge of turning ‘very unpleasant because of the strong sentiment, not only of the bereaved family members but also of the general public who deserve an unbiased investigation and judgment.’ The KVYO strongly requested the DGP to seriously consider the situation and take up the matter for an impartial inquiry of the murder case, at the earliest.
