Imphal, January 29 (PTI): Security forces arrested a cadre of the proscribed militant outfit Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL) from Manipurs Kakching district, the police said today.A combined team of Manipur police and Assam Rifles on Saturday arrested the KYKL cadre while conducting a search operation in and around Wangoo Lupa Marup area in Kakching district, a press release issued by PRO, Manipur Police said.
