Dimapur, September 7 (MExN): The monthly meeting of Dimapur District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) for the month of September 2019 was held at DC conference hall, Dimapur on September 6 under the chairmanship of Minister, PHED & Chairman, Dimapur DPDB, Jacob Zhimomi.
During the meeting, a DIPR report stated that the Board approved the LADP 2019-2020 for all 5 A/Cs under Dimapur District. The grievances/requirement report of School under Dimapur district prepared by District Education Dimapur was also discussed and recommended by the House.
Basing on the verification report and the aims and objectives of the society given by their representative during the meeting, following societies were recommended by the Board for registration: Trinity College at Thahekhu, Dimapur, Eastern Christian College Alumni Association at Pudumpukhuri, Dimapur, Nagaland Pencak Silat Association at Y. Zhimo colony, Signal Basti, Dimapur, Inclusive Support for Social Upliftment (ISSU) at Firing Range, Lingrijan, Dimapur, Beyond Cancer at Diphupar B Dimapur, Chümoukedima Hindu Society at Ward-6, Chümoukedima Town, Dimapur, U-Turn Ministry at Opp. Corner Stone Higher Sec. School, Duncan Basti, Dimapur and Life Square Society at Neiphrole Colony, Chümoukedima Village Dimapur.
Department of Rural Development also gave PowerPoint presentations of different schemes that are being taking up in the district by the department under DRDA.
