Late Müdongoyi Chüzho, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Tobu, who passed away on February 12, was laid to rest here today after a funeral service at Agri Farm Colony.
The public tribute/homage service was led by Avelü Rüho, Deputy Secretary DMA and Joint CEO, Kohima Smart City Development Limited.
The funeral service was led by Rev Dr Wepre Mero, Pastor Chakhesang Baptist Church, Minister’s Hill Kohima with Rev Dr Vevo Phesao, Senior Pastor CBCMHK as Minister.
N Bongkhao Konyak, Advisor DUDA Nagaland; MLA Chostisuh Sazo; Rovilato Mor, Commissioner Nagaland; K Thavaseelan DC Mon; Vekhosa Kotso President Chakhesang Gazetted Officers Association and several others also spoke at the service.
Meanwhile, the Chakhesang Public Organisation, Chakhesang Youth Front, Chakhesang Students’ Union and Chakhesang Mothers’ Association during its coordination meeting held at Pfutsero on February 13, mourned the sudden demise of Müdongoyi Chüzho.
“He was a young dynamic, dedicated and an able administrator who had many potentialities to contribute for our community,” stated CPO President, Mikha Kenye and General Secretary, Veduvo Rhakho in a condolence message.
“It is indeed a great loss to the Chakhesang community where his concerns and contributions towards our people shall be cherished and remembered ever,” it added.
