Dimapur, July 28 (MExN): Parivartan Foundation for Social Change & Economic Reform [PFSCER] conducted a Leadership Training Programme for minority women on July 28 at Zhipfemi Community Hall, Khezhakeno Village, Phek.
The programme was sponsored by GAIL (INDIA) Limited. Eyosa Kikhi, Wekhrope Marhu, Advocate, Kohima were resource persons, a release from Rajesh Singh, Secretary, PFSCER said.
Topics on Swachh Bharat, legal right of women, violence against women & girls were discussed. Wekhrope Marhu, Advocate, Kohima spoke on women’s legal rights and domestic violence against women, trafficking of women and the important laws in the country. He later explained the benefit of women in central government scheme. The programme was attended by 80 participants.
