Tening, January 23 (MExN): The 38th Annual Session of the Liangmai Baptist Association (LBA) concluded with many positive resolutions to strengthen the association on January 23. It was held under the under the leadership of LBA Nagaland  President Er Achakbo and Executive Secretary Rev Kitanwi Chawang at its Mission Centre in Tening ADC Headquarter from January 22-23.

As per a press release, the session resolved to extend the churches’ ministry under LBA as well as to the neighbouring churches of the association.

It further resolved to re-amend and rectify the process of licensing and ordination in order to perform “perfectly and faithfully” various religions rite and ceremonies, it said. 

Meanwhile, Wiriangsui, of LBA Children Education Department, who was the speaker in the devotional service, encouraged the gathering to stand firm with their faith as a good Christian and be ready to face any circumstances.  The devotion service was presided by Kawilingkhaibo  President Liangmai Baptist Youth Department.
