Vanguard FC Old Boys today downed Merhulietsa FC 5-1 at the ongoing Lirunas presents 10th Morning Premier League (MPL) 2025 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
Benlo connected the first goal for Vanguard FC in the 12th minute and later contributed two more goals for the team in the 70th and 88th minute.
Mar and Vike also netted a goal each for the team in the 33rd and 68th minute respectively.
Merhulietsa FC gained a solitary goal through Kevi in the 81st minute.
