Morung United today downed Kohima Police 3-1 in the last match of Game Week 4 of the ongoing Lirunas presents 10th Morning Premier League (MPL) 2025 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
Stephen opened the account for the winning team Morung United in the early 5th minute. Burakum and Theja added a goal each to the team in the 47th and 58th minute.
Mughai netted a solitary goal for Kohima Police in the 60th minute.
Till April 26 of Game Week 4, Classic Kickers topped the league table with 13 points, follow by Morung United- 11 points, Vanguard FC Old Boys & Eagle FC- 10 points each, Unity FC & Kohima Police- 4 points each, Morning FC and Mustang FC-3 points each, Merhulietsa FC- 2 points and United Bulls-1 point.
