DIMAPUR, MARCH 26 (MExN): NSCN-Reformation has informed all workers-both civil and military to observe March 28 as ‘Black day’ to mark the “betrayal act of SS Khaplang.” An MIP statement stated that on March 28, 2015, SS Khaplang, one time father of all “betrayed all his loyal workers by unilateral abrogation of ceasefire with the Government of India without consulting his cabinet and NSCN party.” “All the ranks and files of NSCN-Reformation should not forget the living God who restored lost kingdom. Hence, everyone should kneel down and thank the creator,” the statement also read.
