Vaccination drive at Kitsubozou on June 11.
Kohima, June 11 (MExN): The health workers and staff nurses of Kitsubozou Sub-Centre under Urban Primary Health Centre Seikhazou today conducted massive COVID-19 vaccination drive for the residents of the Kitsubozou (Ward No. 5), Kohima at the Kitsubozou Panchayat Hall.
Kitsubozou Panchayat chairman Vimhalie Pienyü informed that altogether 183 eligible persons were inoculated with first dose of covishield.
It includes 174 persons in 18 and above age group and nine senior citizens with 90 years old man being the oldest beneficiary. Kitsubozou Panchayat along with Women, Youth and Anganwadi workers assisted in the conduct of the vaccination drive by maintaining laid down standard operating procedures.
1st Assam Rifles provided the waiting shed for the programme.
