Matt Damon’s ‘Jason Bourne’ Shocker: He only has 45 lines of dialogue

Matt Damon is a man of few words in ‘Jason Bourne.’ The actor reportedly only has 45 lines of dialogue in his new movie. Only 288 words TOTAL! Other than that, he’s a man of action in the latest ‘Bourne’ movie. He is the main character in Jason Bourne, so is it really possible for him to only have 45 lines of dialogue in the ENTIRE film? Yes, Vulture examined the film and reveals everything Matt’s character says in the movie.   Mostly, Jason just asks a bunch of questions. We can’t really blame him. He’s Jason Bourne, after all. He never has a big speech or anything like that. In the movie, Jason Bourne is usually a one sentence and done kind of guy.   Since Jason’s not talking in the movie, it gives the film’s other co-stars some time to shine. Oscar winner Alicia Vikander, 27, joins the Bourne franchise as junior CIA analyst Heather Lee. Tommy Lee Jones, 69, Julia Stiles, 35, and The Night Of’s Riz Ahmed, 33, also star.   Jason speaks less than he has in any other previous Bourne film. While Matt doesn’t really talk that much, he does show off his insane muscles. Matt got extremely buff to take on the iconic role once again.

“I trained a lot more than I ever had done before because Paul Greengrass said that when we see Bourne in the first frame of the movie and it looks like he hasn’t been living well, then we don’t have a movie,” Matt told The Telegraph. “So he really wanted me to be physically fit and lean so it was a lot of work for me to get there.”
