MOKOKCHUNG, JANUARY 2 (MExN): The Mokokchung District Cricket Association (MDCA) will be commemorating its silver jubilee on January 4. The MDCA, in a press release, informed that the Silver Jubilee Special MDCA Inter-club Cricket Tournament will commence on the same date at the Imkongmeren Sports Complex. Mokokchung Deputy Commissioner Sushil Kumar Patel, who is also the president of the Mokokchung District Sports Council, will be the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony slated to begin at 10:00 am. A total of 15 teams from across Mokokchung district will clash it out in the T20 format culminating with the final match on January 20. Debutants Tuli ADC XI will take on defending champions Titans CC in the opening match, which will start after the inaugural ceremony. The MDCA further informed all the participating teams to be present at the oath taking ceremony.
