District planning workshop for Measles Rubella Vaccination Campaign was held at IDSP conference hall Mokokchung on July 5. Dr P. Medemmayang, CMO highlighted the objectives of campaign. Resource person, Dr. Shankar Reddy RRT from World Health Organization gave power point presentation on basic strategic operational plans and other guidelines for MR vaccination campaign. Engum, Project Officer UNDP discussed about the elimination strategies, planning, reporting and communication for MR vaccination campaign. Dr Temsuyanger, DIO (UIP&RCH) explained about organizing vaccination session sites including injection safety and waste management in MR campaign.
