Peren, July 22 (MExN): The Block Task Force (BTF) meeting on Measles-Rubella immunization campaign was held for Tening block at ADC office, Tening Town on July 18.
The meeting was attended by block administration, representative from school education, social bodies, associations, church leaders, GBs, informed a press release from Pezanguno Celine Secü, District Media Officer, CMO office, Peren.
EAC Tening, Sakachingmak gave an introduction about the BTF meeting and the role and responsibilities.
Dr. Chamzai, Medical Officer, Tening PHC highlighted about the overall Measles-Rubella campaign. She also spoke about the key purpose of MR campaign and its target group. The campaign duration and session sites, MR vaccine, its efficacy, adverse effect following immunization and its management were also highlighted. Menuleho Toso, BPM Tening explained about the formats that is to be followed during the campaign.
