Govt drivers’ training One day training on ‘Basic Courtesy’ (second phase) for All Nagaland Government Drivers’ Association (ANGDA) sponsored by the Government of Nagaland will be held on September 26, 10:00 am at Administrative Training Institute, Kohima. Therefore, the ANGDA (CC) has requested all the Government officers to allow their attached drivers to attend the training. NNC-FGN joint meeting The monthly joint meeting of the Naga National Council (NNC) and Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) will be held on September 26, 10:00 am at Transit Peace Camp, Kohima. The meeting will mainly discuss “the ongoing situation in Nagaland and connected matters to urgently work out,” stated a press release from Thihü Khamo, Secretary, FGN. All the concerned civil authorities and Naga Army officers of the “original” NNC/FGN have been requested to attend the meeting. National seminar at Kohima Science College The Department of Chemistry, Kohima Science College (Autonomous), Jotsoma in collaboration with the Directorate of Higher Education, Nagaland is organizing a UGC-sponsored two days national seminar on “Interdisciplinary Research in Chemical Sciences” NSIRCS-2016 on September 28-29. Dr. Imtiwabang Aier, Parliamentary Secretary, Geology & Mining, Govt. of Nagaland will grace the inaugural programme. Professor R.H. Duncan Lyngdoh, NEHU, Shillong will deliver the keynote address.
