Voters' Day in Dimapur Dimapur district will observe the 7th National Voters' Day on January 25 under the theme, ‘Empowering Young and Future Voters’ at Lotha Hoho Ki. Commissioner of Taxes, Nagaland, Asangba Chuba Ao will grace the occasion as the chief guest, while Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur, Kesonyu Yhome will deliver the keynote address. Star Multipurpose Co-operative Society meeting All the shareholders of the Star Multipurpose Co-operative Society, Kohima have been informed that the general meeting will be held on January 28, 11:00 am at the society’s office. All members have been requested to bring their share cards; those not having cards have been requested to submit an application to get duplicate cards. A press note issued by K. Angunuo Pienyü, general secretary of the Society has requested all the members to attend the meeting. NSSATA joint executives meeting Nagaland SSA Teachers’ Association (NSSATA) has convened a joint emergency meeting with all the district executives on February 3, 10:00 am at D’ Block Panchayat Hall, Kohima. Therefore, Aliba Sangtam, President, NSSATA has informed all the district presidents along with two executives to attend the meeting without fail. Districts have also been requested to come along with the fines of the absentees deducted for the two days agitation held in Kohima in the month of November, 2016.
