Dimapur, May 12 (MExN): Nagaland Minister for Health and Family Welfare S Pangnyu Phom has mourned the demise of Er W Chingi Phom, SDO (PWD), Longleng who passed away on may 12.
Late Chingi Phom, was a hard working officer and a wonderful man whose demise will be felt in many spheres by the Phom community and the Nagas in general, the minister stated in a condolence note on Wednesday.
The late officer was an influential and inspirational personality to both young and old and his legacy will remain, he stated while conveying condolences to the bereaved family.
