MLA G. Kaito Aye, Chairman, Committee on Estimates (2015-16) on Saturday presented 121st Report on the Estimates of the Department of Agriculture (Agri link road), 122nd Report on the Estimates of power department and 123rd report on the Examination on the Estimates of Women Resource Development department during the assembly session.
MLA Dr. T.M. Lotha, Chairman of the Committee on Subordinate Legislation (2015-16) presented 42nd Report on Nagaland Police Service Rules, 2006, 43rd Report on Nagaland Secretariat Subordinate Service Rules, 1972, 45th Report on Nagaland Judicial Service Rules, 2009, 46th Report on Nagaland Secretariat (Civil) Stenographers Service Rules, 1973 and 47th Report on Nagaland Fisheries Service Rules, 2006.
Earlier, on Friday, MLA Kuzholuzo Nienu, Chairman of Committee on Public Undertakings presented seventy sixth, seventy seventh, seventy eight, seventy ninth and eighty Reports on the Action Taken by the Government on the Observations and Recommendations contained in the 43rd, 44th, 45th, 46th and 61st Report of the Committee on Public Undertakings on the Examination of the Report of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the year 2006-2007, 2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010 and 2010- 2011 pertaining to the Nagaland Handloom & Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited (NHHDC) under the department of industries & commence, Government of Nagaland.
Minister for Social Welfare and Parliamentary Affairs Kiyanilie Peseyie also presented 115 Report of the Committee on Public Accounts (2015-2016) on the Examination of the Report of Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the year 2011-2012 and relevant Appropriation and Finance Accounts, 116th Report of the Committee on Public Accounts (2015-2016) on the Action Taken by the Government on the Observations/Recommendations contained in the 114th Report of the Committee on Excess expenditures incorporated in the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the year 2000-2001, 2005-2006, 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 and 117th Report of the Committee on Public Accounts (2015-2016) on the Action Taken by the Government on the Observations/Recommendations contained in the 113th report of the Public Accounts Committee on the C&AG Report of India 2010-2011- Performance Audit on Public Distribution System (PDS) in Nagaland.
