Motivational training for Election Officers held at Kohima

Kohima, December 21 (MExN): India International Institute of Democracy & Election Management team motivation, an experimental learning residential training for election officers for the state of Nagaland was held from December 18 to 20 at ATI, Kohima with CEO Nagaland, Abhijit Sinha IAS who graced the occasion as the chief guest.  

Addressing the gathering the CEO, Abhijit Sinha IAS stressed on the importance of training because we learn and refresh our learning and added that election comes and goes but each one has a role and responsibility to play for the forthcoming election. He mentioned that dealing with different types of people would be different but every officer should prepare to face those challenges. Some officers may not be able to perform upto the expectation because of his or health condition and called upon the gathering to maintain good health to be able to perform their duties and responsibilities with zeal and commitment.  

CEO also stated that through the improvement in technology one is able to multitask so everyone should perform with holistic view. He also mentioned that this training will help in the right perspective because small things make a big difference.  

The team was led by Dr. M. Parivallal, Angels JK, D.D. Mohanty, Bharvik Gouswamil, Mupur Purohit Sumitra Gautam. Altogether 262 trainees from all over the district attended the training.  

The India International Institute of Democracy and Election is based in Bangalor and has been working all over the country on election management, team leadership and motivation, various trainees spoke about the achievement and positive impact and benefit through this training.
