Kohima, AugUST 4(MExN): The Naga Hospital Authority Kohima- the premier hospital of Nagaland which caters to all categories of patients has been the focus of discussion when it comes to providing health care from different sections of the society.
It has been the endeavor of the Hospital Authority to upgrade its different delivery system in spite of constraints from various angles.
Some of the achievements of NHAK after ISO certification in December 2010 includes- commencement of operations in new OT complex, centralized computerized billing system, 24X7 pharmacy services, repair and renovation of toilet facilities for patients, uninterrupted water supply, private paying ward and cabins.
Other facilities includes; state of art investigate laboratory facilities, upgradation of inter-cum (telephone) facility, latest indoor PA system, on the spot payment of JSY and sterilization incentives, rehabilitation and physiotherapy unit and RSBY card facility for BPL groups.
