Naga Students' Union Dibrugarh (NSUD) observed its freshers day

The Naga Students' Union Dibrugarh (NSUD) observed its freshers day on February 27 at Naga Delicacy, Dibrugarh with Er Tali Longchar as speaker. During the occasion, the Union welcomed around 20 members into its fold for this year.
