Phek, March 6 (MExN): The Zanübu Mission School, Khulazu Basa in Phek district, has conducted its annual games & sports meet 2026 from March 5 to 6.
This year’s event also marked the introduction of Naga wrestling under the aegis of the Chokri Area Wrestling Association (CAWA).
CAWA has generously sponsored the prizes for the Traditional Wrestling events, which were organised in two categories—Category I (Classes II–V) and Category II (Classes A–I).
The initiative aimed to encourage young students to appreciate and engage with their traditional sport and cultural heritage.
Earlier, the programme was graced by Khrühüyi Keyho, Assistant Headmaster, Government High School, Khulazu Basa, as the guest speaker.
