The Notun Bosti council Dimapur (NBCD) held a short programme for laying a foundation stone for the construction of welcome Gate at the Notun Bosti junction on April 28. The programme was chaired by Kikhevi yepthomi GB, Convenor welcome gate construction committee and blessing prayer was pronounced by Kanili Aye Associate Pastor Dimapur Sumi Baptist Church (DSBC).
