Nagaland Bible College, Mokokchung celebrated its 39th and 40th graduation service on April 29 at Discovery Hall, Nagaland Bible College campus. Altogether 33 students graduated from the 39th and 40th batch, with 13 students from 2020 and 20 students from 2021.

The college could not celebrate its 39th Convocation last year because of the pandemic.

Dr Imcha Jamir, Missionary at large, Nagaland Christian Revival Church, was the Convocation Speaker. He encouraged the graduates to be prepared because the future will be full of challenges and people will be expecting from them.

He also advised the graduates to learn from the life of Joseph and to be submissive, to remind themselves that they are still learners and he also urged them to have humility. Jamir added that the churches are looking for men and women ‘approved by God’ and that the fresh graduates should be ready for all tasks ahead of them.

The conferring of degrees and commissioning of the graduates was done by Dr Sentila Ao, Principal, Nagaland Bible College while the valedictory speech was delivered by Adeep Sharma, MDiv III year.

Special songs were presented by the graduating class and also by the Tzusapang Baptist Church Youth Ministry.
