Kohima, August 22 (MExN): The 1st All India Open MMA Championship 2017 was successfully held at Guwahati, Assam from August 19 to 20 last. 150 MMA fighters from all over the country including Nagaland under the banner of 'All Contact-Combat Arts (ACA)' Club comprising Khuming Khiam, H. Samuel Konyak, Thangpong and team coach Vire Nukhu participated in the tournament. The ACA club trains members at its training dojo Fülimo MMA Gym, Kohima, which is a purely MMA focused training centre. Vire Nukhu informed that Club members from various districts will further participate at International MMA tournaments in November and December. Experienced martial artists may join Fülimo MMA Gym for enhancing skills in any discipline, he added.
