KOHIMA, JANUARY 21 (MExN): The Governor of Nagaland has created an independent Sub Divisional Planning and Development Board (SDPDB) for Pungro under Kiphire district with immediate effect. A notification from the Planning and Coordination Department informed that the Chairman of the board would be an MLA to be nominated by the government while the vice chairman will be the Additional Deputy Commissioner of the sub division concerned. Members of the board would include all MLAs of the sub division, heads of offices of various departments, all SDOs, EACs and BDOs, Chairman of town council, Lead Bank Manager and one nominee each from the tribe hohos of the sub division.
