Nagaland Health Project completes renovation work at dist hospital Wokha

Wokha, November 25 (MExN): Nagaland Health Project (NHP) directorate of health and family welfare completed renovation and solar installation work at Dr Motsuo Memorial District Hospital Wokha on November 25. 

CMO office Wokha in a press release stated that NHP team from Kohima led by Dr Vizolie Z Suokhrie, Project Director NHP visited the hospital and commended on the quality of construction work done in the hospital. The team inspected the labour room, OPD, female and male wards, laboratory, biomedical waste disposal site and operation theatre.

Dr Vizolie held meeting with the hospital staffs and heard their grievances. He urged the staffs to maintain the hospital properly and assured of additional manpower to attend the increasing number of patients. 

Later, the NHP team formally handed over the completed project to the hospital authorities. Dr. Tumchobeni Kikon, medical superintendent of the hospital thanked the NHP team for successfully completing the work. CMO Wokha, Dy. CMO and DPO accompanied the NHP team and directorate officials during visit to the hospital.
