DMC meeting today
Dimapur, August 30 (MExN): The Administrator of Dimapur Municipal council (DMC), Moa Sangtam has informed all the Colony Council Chairmen & GB's, that a meeting is convened on August 31, at Town Hall 11:00 am, in connection with the review of DMC Residential Sanitary Tax collection. He further requested all the concerned to attend the said meeting without fail.
WCSU notifies
Wokha, August 30 (MExN): Wokha Circle Students' Union (WCSU) has issued a notification to all government offices/ government health care centers/ educational institutions within its jurisdiction, Wokha town that the Union will be conducting surprise checking of all the above mentioned institutions. The Union will be “vigilant” against those erring employees “neglecting” public office without genuine reason, informed a press release issued by the President and General secretary of WCSU. The Union has further cautioned all the employees to be sincere and diligent in their duty and perform their assigned duties with sincerity. “Any employed found neglecting public office will face repercussion from the union for hampering public welfare,” it cautioned.
