56th Indo-Naga Ceasefire Day
Chedema, September 2 (MExN): The Naga National Council (NNC) and the Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) along with the leaders of Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) will observe the 56th Indo-Naga Ceasefire Day on September 6, at 10:00 am at Peace Camp, Chedema. This was informed in a press release issued by the FGN Secretary, Thihü Khamo. It further invited all to participate in the function.
DDGBA condole demise of Lt Yevihe Achumi
Dimapur, September 2 (MExN): The Dimapur District GBs Association (DDGBA) has conveyed condolence on the demise of Late Yevihe Achumi, GB Diphupar Village who passed away on August 31.The DDGBA in a condolence message stated that Late Achumi was a “bonafide member of DDGBA and an eminent social worker, who has contributed immensely to the society with his vast experiences and selfless services.” “His sad demise has come as a huge jolt to the DDGBA who had lost an ardent and hardworking member,” it added.
