DC Kohima notifies on statehood day

Kohima, November 27 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie NCS has informed all heads of departments and head of district offices to collect their invitation cards/car passes for Statehood Day from the Establishment Branch, Deputy Commissioner's Office, Kohima from November 28 to 30 during office hours.

Kiphire to conduct mass social work

Kiphire, November 27 (MExN): Kiphire District Administration will be organizing mass social work as part of Swachh Bharat Mission on November 30. Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kiphire & Administrator Kiphire Town Council (KTC), Reny Wilfred IAS has informed all Head of Offices, Churches, Wards, Bazaar Union, & Institution to comply with the directive positively. The ADC added that the event will be organized in view of the advent of festive season and appealed to all citizens to proactively participate and extend cooperation for the cleanliness drive.

PDA meet

Kohima, November 27 (MExN): A meeting of the Peoples’ Democratic Alliance (PDA) will be held at the Chief Minister’s Residential Complex, New Secretariat, Kohima on November 28, 6:00 pm. All PDA elected members, PDA Coordination Committee Members and Chairman/Chairperson of PSUs have been requested to attend the meeting.

PEWT general meet

Wokha, November 27 (MExN): Podinakup Ekhung Wokha Town (PEWT) has convened a general meeting on November 30, 10:00 am at Conference Hall, Pangti Ekhumkho building Etsutsuka Colony, Wokha town. The union in a press release has urged all the bonafide members to attend the said meeting positively.

GPPK general meet

Kohima, November 27 (MExN): The annual general meeting of the Gorkha Public Panchayat Kohima (GPPK) will be held at GPPK complex, Chandmari Kohima on December 1, 12:30 pm. The meeting will deliberate on important issues related to the Gorkha Community of Kohima including general welfare, a press release from GPPK informed. The inaugural session will be graced by Buddha Lama, Deputy Director, Directorate of School Education and Parshu Ram Rana, Registrar, Directorate of Treasuries & Accounts Nagaland as special guest. It requested members of the community including outstation members to attend positively.
