
NSCN/GPRN (R) acknowledges Pochury orgs Dimapur, August 21 (MExN): The NSCN/GPRN (Reformation) has acknowledged the leaders of various Pochury tribe organizations, including Pochury Hoho, Pochury Mothers Association, Pochury Students Union, Pochury GBs Federation, NSCN (IM), Pochury region, Chairman Meluri Town Council, Presidents Area unit for timely intervention and releasing ‘unconditional’ to its cadres who were arrested by NSCN (IM) at Meluri Town on August 19. A press release issued by the MIP, NSCN/ GPRN (Reformation) stated that the NSCN/ GPRN (R) further stated that, such kind of gesture and contribution towards Naga Political Groups would remain ever grateful and appreciated and pleaded upon the Naga society to continue for such humanity service towards the upliftment and cause of the Naga Nation. The NSCN/ GPRN (R) fervently prayed the Almighty to bless them abundantly throughout their future endeavor. DMC makes RST receipt mandatory Dimapur, August 21 (MExN): As per the resolution adopted in the joint meeting held on July 20 between the DMC, DUCCF and GBs’ Union Dimapur, for collection of Residential Sanitary Tax (RST) in accordance with the Nagaland Municipal Act 2001 and as per decision taken on August 17, in the joint meeting held between DMC and Ward Sanitation committees, all the Chairman Colony Council and GBs under Dimapur Municipality that along with other necessary documents, no certificate shall be issued without the RST Receipt of the individual concerned. “RST receipt is made mandatory for any kind of certificate to be issued by the colony authority. This order will come into effect from September 1, 2017. This is for strict compliance,” stated an order issued by Moa Sangtam, Administrator, DMC. Reminder for GT respondents Dimapur, August 21 (MExN): The Graduate Teachers (GT) who have been impleaded as respondents in the W.P. (C) NO. 122 (k)/2017 are hereby reminded to pay Rs.500/- as court fee as unanimously resolved in the joint meeting on July 26, 2017. Meanwhile as decided in the meeting those GT’s whose service had been regularized through Suitability Test and seniority being considered from the date of joining are also reminded to pay the same amount as the case is implicating them too. A press release stated that any defaulter(s) failing to pay the collected amount shall be treated as non-existence and subsequently his/her name will be deleted from the GT seniority list.
