WAYO wrestling championship 2022 today

Kohima, February 7 (MExN): The wrestling event as part of 58th Sports Meet 2022 of Western Angami Youth Organization (WAYO) have been scheduled for February 8 at Khuochiezie (Kohima Local Ground). MLA Keneizhakho Nakhro will grace the event as the special guest at 8:30 AM.

Joint parliamentary meeting of UDA today

Kohima, February 7 (MExN): All the elected members of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly have been informed that there will be a joint parliamentary meeting of UDA (NDPP, BJP, NPF and Independent) on February 8 at 2:00 PM in the Chief Minister's Residential Complex, State Banquet Hal, Kohima. Informing this, Neiba Kronu, minister for parliamentary affairs, planning & coordination and land revenue, requested all the elected members to attend the said meeting positively.

Nagaland Post Office CSI rollout on Feb 11 

Kohima, February 7 (MExN): The Core System Integration (CSI) which was scheduled to be rollout on February 8 in Post Offices under Nagaland Division has been deferred to February 11 as per the direction of the Circle HQ Shillong. As a result, all the Post Offices in Nagaland will not be able to accept any financial transaction till February 10. The CSI is integrating all the Post Offices across India into one single Central Server. It brings a whole new system in Postal Operations with robust IT infrastructure which will enable better Customer Service with a facility like track and trace on real time basis, stated a press release received here. “All the Post Offices across Nagaland shall continue to provide delivery services, BNPL services and other non financial services during the period. The inconvenience caused to the public is regretted,” it added. 

SAYO presidential meeting on Feb 12

Kohima, February 7 (MExN): The Southern Angami Youth Organization (SAYO) has convened its 1st presidential meeting on February 12 at SAPO Hall, Jakhama Village, Kohima at 10:00 AM. Vice President, Angami Public Organization (APO), Zadeho Rikha and President, Southern Angami Public Organization (SAPO), Kevipopi Sophie will be guest speakers. The president and general secretary of all Unit Villages under SAYO have been requested to compulsorily attend the meeting without fail. Agendas from the units, if any, may be sent to Metevizo Sophie, General Secretary 9865303230 on or before February 10.
