Dimapur, August 20 (MExN): Chang students residing in and around Dimapur and pursuing their academic courses in various institutions are informed to register with the Chang Students’ Union Dimapur. CSUD General Secretary Auchingsonla in a press release also asked the concern guardian of the student/domestic helper to do the same for any untoward incident in future. Illegal arms dealer arrested
Mokokchung, August 20 (MExN): One illegal arms dealer was apprehended from Longsa village under Mokokchung district on August 18. An update from PRO, HQ IGAR (N) informed that based on a specific input, Security Forces in a joint operation with State Police apprehended an illegal arms dealer and recovered eight point 22 Rifles one 12 Bore Gun, three Air Guns, and 73 rounds of various ammunition at Longsa village, Mokokchung district. The apprehended individuals along with recovered arms and ammunition have been handed over to Mokokchung Police Station for further investigation, it added.
