Security forces bust NSCN (IM) temporary camp
Motongsa, May 21 (MExN): Security forces busted a temporary camp of the NSCN (IM) in Motongsa general area under Changlang District in Arunachal Pradesh on May 19, the HQ IGAR (N) informed on Friday. “Based on a specific input, security forces busted a camp of NSCN (IM) located in general area Motongsa, Changlang District, Arunachal Pradesh. Busting of temporary camp will severely impact the administrative setup and disrupt the unhindered move of insurgents resulting in decline of illegal activities of the faction in the region,” the release stated.
Midland Panchayat mourns demise of President
Kohima, May 21 (MExN): The Midland Panchayat Kohima has mourned the demise of Neibulie Kiewhuo, president of All Kohima Municipal Ward Panchayat (AKMWP) who passed away on May 21. “Late Neibulie Kiewhuo was a truly noble soul, dedicated and committed towards the welfare and betterment of Kohima and the society at large. In his demise, the vacuum left behind will be difficult to be replaced,” it said in a condolence message. Conveying condolences to the bereaved family, it prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
NCSU condoles demise of vice president
Dimapur, May 21 (MExN): The Nagaland Contractors & Suppliers Union (NCSU) Head Office Kohima has mourned the demise of its Vice President Ntsenthung Tungoe who passed away at Naga Hospital Authority Kohima on May 21.
Late Tungoe joined the NCSU in the year 2006 and served as vice president till date. “He served NCSU with his best ability. He was very simple in nature hard working, dedicated, humble and polite person,” the union stated while conveying condolences to the bereaved family.
