The new music video of Wangyat Wangsu titled, ‘Cry from the hills’ written in memory of Oting massacre was released recently on YouTube. The artist in a press release said that the song, “‘Cry from the hills’ is written in honour and memory of our dearest brothers whose lives were mercilessly cut short by the extraordinary high-handedness of the state and its law.” The song is an expression of farewell to the fourteen lost souls, projecting the emotions of untold pain and inconsolable grief that will be remembered in the hills for the longest time, Wangsu added.
