As informed, Wokha District Administration released the payments for hiring/halting charges for private vehicles engaged in election duty during the General Elections to Lok Sabha 2024 at the office of Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer, Wokha on April 25. The concerned individuals arrived to collect their dues during office hours by presenting their Requisition Order and Duty Detailment Order. The payment will be also made on April 26 for those who have failed to collect today. Governor of Nagaland, La Ganeshan, unveiled the latest literary offering, ‘Teach to Touch Hearts and Minds’ authored by Col Dr VRK Prasad, Chancellor of the ICFAI University Nagaland. The book launch took place amidst the Convocation ceremony of the university on April 24. A veteran of the 1971 war turned academician, Col Dr Prasad has a prolific literary portfolio with several published books. His latest endeavor delves into the vital role of educators as ‘Nation Builders.’ 
The 66th graduation ceremony of Impur Bible Seminary was conducted under the theme ‘Called to Serve’ (Mark 10:42-45) at Impur, Mokokchung on April 25. Altogether 25 students were conferred Diploma in Theological Studies during the ceremony. The graduation speaker Rev Ponen Longchar, Senior Pastor, Mokokchung Town Baptist Arogo said that humility is one of the greatest characteristics of God's service.” Whoever does with that characteristic will always excel and enjoy the service,” he added. Longchar said that in life there may be ups and downs, but he urged the grandaunts to remember that we are in our master's service and he will be with us taking the lead. He also encouraged never to fall short of trust, but to do with humility and the rest God will do.
