Nagaland: News in pictures

A panoramic view of Botsa, a village located about 40km from the Nagaland state capital— Kohima, also known as the last Angami village in the Northern Angami region. Beyond the hills in the background, lies the Rengma country with which Botsa shares frontier. Besides the classic terraced rice fields, of which the Tenyimia are famous for, this medium-size village of around 200 households is showing potential as a fish hub with villagers taking to fishery in a big way.
