A summer theatre workshop for children was organised by National School of Drama in collaboration with Stepping Stones School from July 16 to August 5. Around 16 students from different schools participated in the ‘Theatre in Education’ workshop.
The workshop was entirely focused on the overall development of children. The session was designed in a way that let the children participate, engage, explore and enjoy the process of learning. It used different methodology and theatre conventions to make the children aware of the world they live in.
The culmination of the workshop ended with a small devised play. The workshop was conducted by Arun Thapa and Kilangtemsu Imsong, Alumni of NSD TIE.
